Aviatron, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, source parts, and negotiate favorable terms to support our aircraft overhaul and repair operations.

You will monitor inventory, evaluate vendors, issue purchase orders, and collaborate with Product Management to secure timely deliveries while maintaining healthy margins. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with 0–2 years in a supply chain role preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma and 0-2 years in a supply chain role or similar experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial and supplier documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure required stock position.
• Research and source suppliers.
• Evaluate products and services.
• Review quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on demand.
• Track/Expedite Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with Product Management to facilitate supplier selection through competitive bidding and negotiation.
• Ensure buys align with product line management and inventory goals to maintain margins.
• Identify, interpret and adjust supply chain settings within the MRP system.
