Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Director of Partnerships in Miami or Phoenix to own relationships with autonomous vehicle technology partners. You will negotiate terms, protect Moove AV interests, and manage day-to-day issues in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

You will work with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure obligations are met and to surface partner requirements. The role reports to the CEO and requires travel and strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial relationship management.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with Legal and Finance on contract terms.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Moove AV's primary relationship owner for our autonomous vehicle technology partner.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements that balance Moove AV's needs with our partner's.
• Act as the escalation point for partnership issues and drive them to resolution.
• Cross-functionally partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Track partnership health and report progress and risks to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner counterparts through regular engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand or deepen partnerships as Moove AV scales.
