Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial relationship management.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Phoenix or Miami.

Responsibilities

• Own Moove AV's relationship with autonomous vehicle technology partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts and keep them current.
• Escalate and drive resolution of partnership issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operations to meet obligations.
• Track partnership health and report progress to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with partner counterparts through regular engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand or deepen partnerships as Moove AV scales.
• Represent Moove AV professionally in all partner interactions.
