Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Director/Head of Fleet Vehicle Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to own the end-to-end vehicle sourcing lifecycle. You will negotiate with global OEMs to secure the right hardware at the right cost, and build a scalable procurement engine to support autonomous mobility.

Based in the US, with hubs in Phoenix or Miami and remote options for exceptional candidates, you will lead multi-million dollar strategies, establish KPI-driven supplier scorecards, and drive TCO

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience negotiating with global OEMs for favorable terms.
• Ability to model and present TCO scenarios for executive decisions.
• Thrives in fast-scaling environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• High-Stakes OEM Strategy
• Lead multi-million dollar procurement strategies, mastering pricing, volume, and delivery timelines.
• Build partnerships with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts balancing rebates, warranties and risk-sharing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define vehicle specifications.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
• Coordinate production slot allocations with market launches.
• Identify and mitigate supply-side risks proactively.
• Establish KPI-driven supplier scorecards.
• Design and codify the Moove Sourcing Playbook.
