Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and grow the Dallas/Ft Worth territory, delivering sales and service targets aligned with regional and national goals. You will influence end users and dealers and report to the Sr.

Regional Sales Manager, driving growth through distributor networks. Responsibilities include achieving sales plans, understanding customer requirements, and managing CPC finishes and related products through channels, with 25% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years track record in growing sales with consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory; Overnight travel approx. 25%.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle meeting FAVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth and manage costs within targets.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements and regional strategy.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items through distribution in your region.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, training and receivables.
• Leverage analytics to improve profitability, cycle time and product training.
