Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC in the United States is seeking a seasoned BSA Procurement Manager to source suppliers, lead supplier selection decisions, and coordinate parts for the Battery System Assembly team.

This role negotiates prices, analyzes costs, manages lead times, and develops procurement policies while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Manager (7+ years) in procurement.
• Bachelor's Degree required (BA/BS).
• Engineering/Supply Chain Management degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience: 10+/7+/5+ years in procurement within E-powertrain/automotive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal/external customers to ensure on-time results.
• Review RFQs, LOIs, terms and conditions; develop documentation per Mobis policy.
• Review supplier requirements, release quotations, and perform quotation analysis.
• Perform cost analysis for parts, tooling, and supplier expenses; negotiate prices.
• Create detailed price breakdowns by material, labor, and burden.
• Negotiate supply agreements and update pricing/lead times; ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Ensure safety in the workplace and perform other duties as assigned.
