Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have recent experience in an Automotive Manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience (customers, suppliers, employees).
• Results oriented approach.
• Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time shipment of finished goods and freight.
• Oversee inventory levels and raw material storage.
• Coordinate purchasing, raw materials distribution, equipment, machinery and supplies.
• Develop and implement purchasing procedures and supplier performance.
• Improve parts and materials delivery with supplier guidelines.
• Maintain visual inventory management on the production floor.
• Support plant purchasing procedures aligned with policy.
• Ensure on-time delivery to support uninterrupted production.
