Job summary

Toyoda Gosei North America, headquartered in Troy, MI, is seeking a Sales Account Manager in the Japanese OEM Sales department. The role manages customer accounts, coordinates across engineering and quality teams, and supports revenue targets through effective account management.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of experience in engineering or sales, preferably in automotive supplier sales or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in engineering or sales.
• Experience in automotive supplier sales or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage account(s) internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve corporate targets and support company vision.
• Coordinate commercial activities such as engineering changes, quality improvements, quoting, negotiations and reporting.
• Manage internal/external data and track & report changes to leadership.
• Develop external customer relationships through effective communication and exceeding expectations.
• Travel to TG NAMC's and Customer Sites as required.
