Job summary

OneAmerica Financial seeks an experienced Associate Relations professional to advise leaders, conduct sensitive investigations, and ensure compliant, fair employment practices. You will partner with HR and business leaders to resolve complex issues, document findings meticulously, and promote a culture of accountability and inclusion.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, NLRA) and excellence in communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Associate Relations, HR, Labor Relations, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult with leaders on associate relations matters including coaching, performance management, and investigations.
• Lead workplace investigations involving policy violations and complex concerns.
• Document investigation plans, findings, and recommendations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders to balance business needs with compliance and risk.
