Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of legal experience and a J.D. from an accredited law school. The position offers an annual salary range of $190,000-$230,000 and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of legal experience with a focus on corporate, transactional, and commercial work.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with M&A or financing transactions.
• Familiarity with waste, energy, or environmental sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead work on financings, M&A, and strategic transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel.
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting operations.
• Provide legal guidance across the business.
