Clarivate is seeking a Senior Counsel for M&A to join the Legal team. Based in any North American Clarivate office, you will partner with business units on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing.

You will negotiate deal documents, structure transactions, and coordinate due diligence as part of a global, highly experienced legal team. You should have a J.D., active bar license, and 5+ years’ multinational M&A experience, including 3+ years at a top

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing.
• 5+ years’ experience in complex multinational M&A, incl. 3+ years at a large North American law firm as a corporate/M&A associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for Clarivate’s corporate transactions, incl. review and negotiation of deal documents.
• Lead various general corporate projects.
• Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements as time permits.
