Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director for Strategic and National Space Systems (SNSS) to drive multi-year new business growth within the MSP unit. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape requirements, and develop competitive capture plans across unclassified and classified pursuits.

This role emphasizes strategic market engagement with USG customers, including USSF and IC, and requires a strong network and leadership across programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in the space industry, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years’ experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading business development pursuits in the Space market with large-scale values.
• Experience with USG acquisition processes and interfacing with USSF and IC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new business lifecycle for space sensor opportunities from inception to program startup.
• Create and implement customer-aligned win strategies that differentiate Raytheon.
• Drive early customer engagement to shape requirements and acquisition plans.
