Job summary

Endicott College in Beverly, MA is seeking an Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs. Reporting to the Dean of the Gerrish School of Business, the role provides leadership for undergraduate programs and oversees La Chanterelle, Endicott’s teaching restaurant and experiential learning classroom.

The position leads course scheduling, academic assessment, faculty recruitment and supervision, and collaboration across College offices to strengthen student success and degree completion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in higher education or a related professional setting with academic leadership.
• Former supervisory experience required.
• Strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using Workday or a comparable higher education SIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and operational leadership for undergraduate programs.
• Oversee course scheduling, assessment, and program delivery.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and support faculty (FT and PT).
• Collaborate across College offices to support recruitment, retention, and degree completion.
• Supervise administrative staff and the La Chanterelle teaching restaurant.
