Job summary

Endicott College seeks an Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs to provide academic and operational leadership for the Gerrish School of Business under the Dean. You will advance academic quality, program delivery, and student success while collaborating with faculty and staff.

The role focuses on scheduling, assessment, budget planning, and supervision of undergraduate programs and La Chanterelle, Endicott’s teaching restaurant and experiential learning classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in higher education or related professional setting with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across offices.
• Experience in program administration and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee undergraduate course scheduling and program delivery; lead academic assessment and reporting.
• Direct student advising and success initiatives; coordinate recruitment and retention efforts.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and support undergrad faculty; coordinate teaching assignments and professional development.
• Engage with the college community at major events and support experiential learning initiatives.
• Understand and apply the faculty collective bargaining agreement and college policies.
