Qualifications

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree required.

• Minimum of 10 years leading higher education administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Endicott's academic enterprise, strengthening profile and resources.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive academic vision aligned with mission.
• Oversee policies, accreditation, assessment, and governance with faculty partnerships.
• Advise President on academic matters and participate in Cabinet decisions.
• Strengthen interdisciplinary pathways and expand undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
• Represent the college to external partners and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of teaching excellence and student-centered outcomes.
