Job summary

Endicott College seeks an Associate Dean for the Gerrish School of Business to lead undergraduate programs, ensure academic quality, and support student success. Reporting to the Dean, you will oversee scheduling, assessment, faculty supervision, and administrative functions across programs and La Chanterelle operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree (doctorate preferred), 8+ years in higher education leadership, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in higher education or a related professional setting and relevant to academic leadership or program administration.
• Former supervisory experience required.
• Strategic planning and clear written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment preferred.
• Collective bargaining agreement interpretation skills and knowledge of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee undergraduate course scheduling and program delivery.
• Lead academic assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and support full-time and part-time faculty.
• Coordinate faculty teaching assignments and professional development.
• Provide supervisory oversight of administrative staff and La Chanterelle operations.
• Collaborate with College offices to support recruitment, retention, and degree completion.
