Qualifications
- Earned doctorate required; PhD, DNP or EdD preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license, Massachusetts preferred or eligible.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 7+ in leadership in higher education or nursing.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic nursing and program oversight.
- Experience with ACEN accreditation and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences.
- Oversee accreditation activities including ACEN and regulatory compliance.
- Develop curricular innovations and strengthen clinical partnerships.
- Lead budgeting, governance, and faculty/staff development.
- Engage with donors, alumni, and community partners to advance the mission.
