Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in month-end close, financial analysis, and operational accounting.
• Experience leading accounting, billing, AR, or AP teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and automation experience are a plus.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Manage and develop a team across Accounting, AP, AR, Collections, and Billing.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations.
• Improve billing accuracy, collections performance, and working capital.
• Partner with operations leaders to analyze results and improve profitability.
• Play a key role in a major billing system transformation and reporting modernization.
