Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing operations, cash application, contract activity, month-end close, and AR reporting. You will supervise a team of three and participate in daily transactional activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts receivable or revenue accounting.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Accounts Receivable professionals.
• Oversee daily billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Manage the cash application process and verify payments are recorded correctly.
• Coordinate month-end close activities related to AR and revenue transactions.
• Prepare and review journals, schedules, and supporting documentation.
