Job summary

CPS Inc. in Chicago is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to own the monthly close, general ledger accuracy, and key financial reporting. You will manage WIP, revenue recognition, job costing, and billing while overseeing payroll processing and compliance.

You’ll drive cash flow visibility, monitor A/R trends and covenant compliance, and mentor Project Accountants. Strong adherence to internal controls and process improvements is essential.

• Own cash flow visibility, A/R trends, and covenant compliance.
• Supervise and mentor Project Accountant(s).
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement.
