Qualifications

• Leads a security culture with crisis response planning.
• Implements daily/weekly workload priorities to meet business goals.
• Responds to theft incidents and prevents future losses.
• Implements strategies to resolve external theft/fraud per Target policy.
• Educates and supports store leaders on shortage priorities.
• Directs hourly team members and develops talent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team training and execution of Target guest experience standards.
• Monitor metrics and adjust behaviors to drive store outcomes.
• Maintain inventory protection and respond to security events.
• Schedule management aligned to guest and business needs.
• Lead investigations and cooperate with leadership on risk mitigation.
