Job summary

The role requires 18+ years old, prior loss prevention or retail exposure is preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using handheld scanners and devices.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Lead and coach team members to elevate skills and performance.
• Respond to safety incidents and participate in emergency preparedness.
• Protect merchandise through planning, prevention and investigation in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with store leadership to analyze trends and reduce shrink.
