Job summary

Target in Arvada, CO seeks an Assets Protection Team Leader to guide AP initiatives, respond to incidents, and protect guests, team members, and assets. You will lead a team, plan staffing, and partner with store leadership and law enforcement to curb theft and maintain safety.

Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and be capable of managing a demanding schedule, with prior loss prevention experience preferred. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Able to lead and hold others accountable with strong communication.
• Demonstrate flexibility for a variable, physically demanding schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate a culture of safety and loss prevention.
• Respond to incidents, manage crisis situations and participate in store response.
• Educate store leadership on merchandise protection and audit execution.
• Develop team schedules, coach and develop team members, and manage workload.
• Identify theft and shortage trends and implement preventive tactics.
• Collaborate with store leaders, law enforcement and partners as needed.
• Review metrics and drive actions to improve guest experience and profitability.
