Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader for Assets Protection to lead safety and security across stores. The role focuses on crisis response, loss prevention strategies, and safeguarding guests and team members while driving profitability and store integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and increase profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to guests.
• Lead a safe and secure culture by guiding physical security and safety processes.
• Plan store response for emergencies and in-store events.
• Educate store leaders on emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
• Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to reduce loss and drive profits.
• Oversee investigations and internal audits and manage timelines and outcomes.
