Qualifications

• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, development and retention where applicable.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety and compliance; educate store teams on procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning.
• Oversee daily AP workload priorities to support business goals and reduce loss.
• Respond to external and internal theft incidents and resolve them per policy.
• Collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement to protect guests and assets.
