Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus experience in retail asset protection or related field.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in Alaska).
• Ability to pass a drug test and background checks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks/projects.
• Knowledge of asset protection terms and processes; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service and protect assets.
• Maximize sales and margins while reducing shrink.
• Investigate theft; identify high theft areas and apprehend involved individuals.
• Monitor large shrink areas and provide credible court testimony when needed.
• Implement corporate security and operating requirements; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with store leadership to meet financial objectives and schedules.
