Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Retail security experience required or preferred.
• Law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with loss prevention terms and processes.

• Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects.
• Reduce dishonesty by promoting theft-prevention actions.
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores.
• Report incidents to the asset protection manager.
• Support customer and associate relations through training.
• Provide credible court testimony.
• Identify areas of high theft and adjust actions.
• Verify compliance with corporate policies.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to work shifts, overtime and weekends.
