Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; train and mentor associates.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, and safety programs.
• Investigate violations; deter fraud and secure evidence.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely claims / receiving processing.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve business goals.
