• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and uphold One Best Way (OBW).
• Oversee loss prevention and safety programs across stores.
• Ensure compliance with policies and use data to implement improvements.
