HTC Global Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an Asset Management Transformation program that spans business, investment operations, data, and technology workstreams. The role requires translating complex discussions into actionable plans and delivering measurable program outcomes.

You will work with executives and delivery teams to manage dependencies, RAID, and governance, while articulating progress through concise executive reports.

Formación

• Strong Asset Management / Investment Management industry experience.
• Experience managing large, complex transformation programs within asset management or financial services.
• Understanding of the investment management lifecycle and the interaction between front office, investment operations, data, and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day program execution across business, operations, data, and technology teams.
• Coordinate interdependent workstreams and actively manage handoffs.
• Facilitate sessions to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance for risks, actions, and key decisions.
• Prepare concise executive status reports on milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Translate technical discussions into clear business communications.
• Partner with program leadership, product owners, architects, and operations.
• Support governance, planning sessions, and leadership reviews.
• Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation.
