Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a Public-Private Asset Management transformation, driving structured program delivery across business, data, and technology workstreams. The role requires translating complex discussions into actionable plans and managing multiple interdependent workstreams with senior stakeholders.

You will own the integrated master plan, govern RAID, and deliver concise executive updates while coordinating with product owners, architects, and delivery

Qualifications

Strong Asset Management / Investment Management industry experience.
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex technology or business transformation programs within asset management or financial services.
Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle and the interaction between front office, investment operations, data, and technology.
Experience managing programs involving multiple applications, data flows, business processes, and technology teams.
Proven ability to create and manage complex integrated project/program plans involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and delivery teams.
Strong executive presence and ability to independently facilitate meetings involving senior business and technology stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Strong RAID, dependency, milestone, and decision-management discipline.
Ability to operate effectively in an environment where requirements, priorities, and dependencies may evolve.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and execution status.
Drive day-to-day program execution across business, investment operations, data, and technology teams.
Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams and actively manage dependencies and handoffs.
Facilitate working sessions to drive decisions, clarify ownership, and resolve delivery blockers.
Maintain program governance and RAID management covering risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
Establish accountability for actions and follow up with owners to ensure commitments are completed.
Prepare concise executive-level status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
Translate detailed technical and operational discussions into clear business-facing communications.
Partner with program leadership, product owners, architects, technology leads, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
Support program governance, planning sessions, steering discussions, and leadership reviews.
Proactively identify schedule and dependency risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
