HTC Global Services seeks an Infrastructure Product Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead platform transformation initiatives and own end-to-end delivery across large cross-functional teams. You will manage value streams, guide portfolio objectives, and drive planning, reporting, and demand forecasting with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong PM experience.
• 8+ years delivering large IT projects including software and infrastructure.
• Experience in Product, Portfolio, and Program Management; release train exposure.

Mansioni

• Manage projects through the end-to-end project lifecycle, including detailed timing plans, execution, progress tracking, issue and risk resolution, cross-functional dependency management, stakeholder management, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with platform teams to prioritize features for upcoming PI Planning cycles.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
• Drive mitigation of cross-team impediments.
• Participate in demand planning and customer research.
• Interface with external teams, gather requirements, and collaborate with technical leads as needed.
• Own customer value aspects of the roadmap and align the roadmap with the portfolio vision.
• Facilitate PI Planning and provide status reporting.
• Understand, visualize, and manage upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Drive delivery and continuous improvement by using feedback and metrics, including quality and delivery rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support service-to-platform transformation initiatives, including leadership training sessions and product coaching.
