Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a results‑driven business analyst to partner with Asset Management to design scalable operating models and assess capacity for new opportunities. You will translate requirements into executable models and work with technology to deliver compliant, robust solutions.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and produce comprehensive project documentation. Strong communication and matrix‑environment experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience writing business requirements specifications.
• Experience with requirements analysis frameworks and modeling methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, matrix environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., change management, business, and third‑party vendors).
• Practical AI literacy (LLMs, automation) to enhance productivity and inform solution design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to enhance, develop, and implement scalable operating models aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Provide mechanisms for assessing operational capability and capacity for new opportunities.
• Translate new business requirements into executable operating models.
• Collaborate with Technology to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions.
• Ensure operational readiness for onboarding of new requirements and technology.
• Provide a professional business analysis service to support regulatory, product, and client initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage key activities for successful initiative completion.
• Produce project documents such as plans, risk/issue logs, status and closure reports, and lessons learned.
• Drive initiatives forward with leadership and focus for business functions and resources.
• Manage issue escalation and monitor risks, escalating as needed.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders through regular status updates.
• Socialize new operating models with written updates and presentations.
• Obtain full operating model sign-off prior to go-live.
