Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Associate in the Markets Asset Servicing Team to manage end-to-end processing of income and Corporate Actions across multiple markets. You will collaborate with trading desks, middle office, and settlements, leading complex workflows and mentoring junior staff to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Three years of asset servicing or securities operations experience, with corporate actions and income processing.
• Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and global securities products.
• Advanced risk awareness with experience implementing mitigating controls.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for Dividends, Coupons, and Corporate Actions across markets.
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for complex event-related queries.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
• Support high-volume workflows and meet critical deadlines.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and daily controls are completed accurately.
• Produce and analyze operational metrics to identify trends.
