Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC's Asset Management Digital Assets team leads blockchain and Web3 initiatives, shaping product discovery and execution across business lines, clients, and external partners. As an Asset Management Program Associate, you will help design and deliver blockchain-based solutions that create real value.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, controls, operations, and legal teams; communicate complex concepts to senior management and clients; stay ahead of Web3

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and become a subject matter expert.
• Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to create visually impactful presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess blockchain and Web3 opportunities across Asset Management, developing business cases and supporting execution from concept to measurable impact.
• Define and deliver solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, controls, operations, and legal teams.
• Engage with AM business lines to understand operations, commercial drivers, and client needs.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, educating them on blockchain technology and its business potential.
• Support partnerships with external companies, vendors, and startups on joint innovation initiatives.
• Present ideas and solutions to senior management and clients, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
• Stay well-informed of Web3 market trends, technology developments, and client demand.
