Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Irvine, CA is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Asset Liability Treasury Manager to lead the Bank's ALM program in a hybrid work environment.

You will oversee interest rate risk and balance sheet structure, manage ALM modeling, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, collaborate with Treasury and other departments, and report to the Assistant Treasurer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model that supports NII and EVE sensitivity and key underlying assumptions.
• Continuously monitor market conditions and identify trends that impact the bank’s interest-rate-risk and liquidity positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines, including liquidity risk and interest rate risk.
• Develop and supplement risk management practices to align portfolio objectives with strategic targets.
• Prepare and present regular reports to Treasury senior management and ALCO on Net Interest Income.
