The role focuses on overseeing interest rate risk and balance sheet structure through advanced ALM practices, including modeling, scenario analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and long-term financial sustainability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Treasury or related areas within the banking industry, or quantitative analytics.
• Direct knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and processes.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Experience with ZMDesk or Moody’s OALM model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model that supports NII and EVE sensitivity, and key underlying assumptions.
• Monitor market conditions and identify trends affecting interest-rate risk and liquidity positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
• Develop and supplement risk management practices aligned with bank strategies.
