Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a skilled team focused on production support, development, and platform improvements for InfoLease and Rapport. You will bridge business stakeholders and tech teams, driving efficient, compliant delivery across enhancements and operations.

You will mentor staff, guide Agile practices, manage risks, and provide operational reporting to ensure robust leasing systems.

Qualifications

8+ years in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related areas.
Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi).
Deep understanding of equipment finance leases, loans, origination, and servicing workflows.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specs for stakeholders.
Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT, testing cycles, and sign-off.
Strong incident, problem, change management, and SLA adherence knowledge.
Proficient in SQL and reporting tools for data investigation.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
