Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team responsible for production support, ongoing development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will serve as the bridge between Asset Finance business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure operational needs and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services.
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting and related workflows.
• Experience configuring, testing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT, testing cycles, and sign‑offs.
• Strong production support knowledge: incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data investigation.
• Experience with Agile; Jira or Azure DevOps for sprint planning and backlog.
• Strong communication and leadership across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to define requirements and guide solution delivery.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management with adherence to SLAs.
• Manage testing, release planning, UAT, and deployment readiness to avoid business disruption.
• Mentor a support and development team and drive Agile delivery and reporting.
