Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in program evaluation, survey administration, or assessment in higher education.
• Medical education experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage evaluation for courses, clerkships, and programs.
• Oversee survey creation, administration, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collect, clean, and analyze evaluation data to identify trends.
• Prepare clear, actionable evaluation reports for faculty and leadership.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve teaching and curricular effectiveness.
• Monitor response rates and optimize student participation.
• Coordinate with OMED, OACQI, and other departments for cohesive evaluation.
• Conduct annual reviews of evaluation forms and SOPs.
• Support external survey processes as directed.
• Provide strategic direction and set goals for educational programs.
• Serve as primary contact for program development, implementation, and evaluation.
