Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations are seeking a Program Manager for the Corporate Art Loan Program at deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum. This hybrid, part-time role (24 hours/week) focuses on growing program revenue, managing artist rosters, and expanding corporate membership in the Greater Boston area.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate onboarding, and guide artwork selections while collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of consultative sales and development experience, preferably in museums or galleries.
• Experience managing a complex sales cycle from lead to fulfillment.
• Strong written and verbal communications; ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Expand client relationships and drive retention, revenue expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Identify leads, follow up with referrals, and conduct outreach to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to identify and solicit new clients and donor opportunities.
• Oversee artwork selection cycles and coordinate with Artist Relations Lead on packages.
