Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a Program Manager for the Corporate Art Loan Program at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA. This part-time, exempt role (24 hours/week) leads client development, revenue growth, and artist relations, reporting to the Museum Director & Chief Curator.

You’ll expand corporate relationships, manage the artwork selection process, and coordinate with the Finance Team on invoicing and COI paperwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of consultative sales and development experience, preferably in museums or galleries.
• Expertise in managing a complex sales cycle from lead generation to service fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Expand client relationships and drive retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
• Identify leads, conduct outreach (email/cold calls), and network to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trustees Development Team to convert existing clients to donors.
• Oversee artwork selection process with clients and coordinate with Artist Relations Lead.
• Guide onboarding with site visits, artwork reviews, and installation follow-up.
