Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking an Events & Visitor Services Associate for deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA. This part-time, nonexempt role involves greeting visitors, handling admissions, and supporting events and security across the campus.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1+ year of public-facing event experience, and comfort with AV systems. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in events and facilitating operations (public-facing customer service preferred).
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; some events end late.
• Experience with AV systems is preferred.
• Strong judgment, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visitor services at the visitor station and front desk.
• Support events, security, and operations across the museum campus.
• Provide excellent customer service during daily visits, programs, and events.
