Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a qualified Material Coordinator to manage the movement, accountability, and documentation of Army equipment at a contractor-managed turn-in site. You will ensure compliant processing, updating logistics systems, and coordination with supply, warehousing, and transportation staff to stage and disposition equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics or materiel management.
• Prior Army or contractor equipment turn-in experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Army supply regulations and systems (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
• Track status from receipt through final disposition.
• Ensure timely data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Maintain logs and reports for daily/weekly/monthly activity.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage and retrieval of equipment.
