Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Booking to lead venue bookings for the Peoria Civic Center. You will negotiate deals, oversee calendars, and drive revenue with promoters, agents, and managers, while advancing marketing initiatives and community partnerships.

Under the General Manager, you will build an expansive network of promoters and clients, manage budgets, and mentor a sales/marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment with regional entertainment markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience booking arena/theater or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PR, advertising, marketing, and sales presentation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate venue deals with promoters and/or agents.
• Maintain the master venue calendar.
• Input and maintain events and holds using the calendar system.
• Develop and oversee advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Lead and develop the marketing and sales team.
• Build relationships with arts organizations and community groups.
• Serve as liaison with the Convention & Visitors Bureau.
