Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Director of Booking to support the Peoria Civic Center by coordinating calendar events, negotiating venue deals, and building strong promoter relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, business or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience booking an arena/theater.
• Strong knowledge of PR, advertising, marketing, and sales.
• Ability to manage budgets and develop campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed projections, schedules, and timelines.
• Negotiate venue deals with promoters/agents.
• Maintain the master venue calendar for calendar events.
• Input, track, and share event details with staff.
• Develop and oversee advertising, branding, and promotions.
