Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead revenue-driven marketing for the BMO Center, Coronado Theatre, and Davis Park in Rockford, IL. You will oversee digital and traditional marketing, external communications, and creative direction, aligning with Legends Global standards and working in a dual reporting structure.

The role requires 5–10 years of marketing experience, a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, and familiarity with entertainment/venue marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
5-10 years of marketing experience.
Previous experience in entertainment and/or venue marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue-focused, strategic marketing across multiple venues and programs.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop premium campaigns and revenue-generating marketing.
Own paid media strategy and measurement against revenue KPIs across channels.
Lead social and digital marketing with calendar management and content strategy.
Oversee media relations and creative oversight with external partners and influencers.
Supervise and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company standards.
