Job summary

Legends Global seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Executive team at Peoria Civic Center. The role oversees recruiting, payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.

You will partner with leadership to administer compensation, review performance, and implement company policies across 450 venues worldwide. Strong Workday skills and HR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR administration and compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows HR policies to ensure legal compliance and reporting.
• Administers HR plans and procedures for facility personnel.
• Oversees recruitment, advertisements, interviews, and hires.
• Administers payroll bi-monthly and benefits programs.
• Coordinates training and employee relations resolutions.
• Advises management on employee relations and EEOC issues.
• Manages performance reviews, salary administration, and exit processes.
• Ensures compliance with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related regulations.
