HDR, Inc. seeks an Area Business Class Leader for Water Treatment in the North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas region. You will guide strategy, lead project delivery, and mentor staff across multiple states. This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to expand HDR’s water treatment footprint.

You will oversee complex projects, manage resources, and drive business development with public and private clients. A strong background in water infrastructure and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in the area of Water Treatment or related field.
• Professional registration in relevant engineering discipline preferred.

• Lead and grow HDR’s water treatment business in North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
• Manage staff, deliver projects, and pursue opportunities with clients.
