You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage staff, and drive technical excellence and market growth within HDR’s employee-owned culture. You’ll shape project delivery from planning through construction, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to advance regional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Ability to develop and manage diverse teams.
• Commitment to HDR employee-owned culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead drinking water treatment projects in North Texas, OK, AR.
• Manage technical staff and deliverables.
• Develop and implement QA/QC in projects.
